We have spoken, you know what to do. :)

Happens to me all the time. With text, pictures, style, everything. Pisses me off and I report copyright infringement on any auction I see. So many people have been banned for this, with good reason. Don't bite my shit without permission, yo. :)

Sorry, dunno. A few hundred pages back (read: about 2 days ago) a dude said something about having called Burberry and having gotten helpful info from them about labels. Give that a try.

I'll echo what everyone else here said (except about mainline being "stuffy"). There's a thread floating out there with Zegna labels, and the Z background is def one of the mainline ones. I have a Su Misura suit with the Z in the background. Neither super recent nor super old -- mid 2000s, I think.

I have a new theory: Capn is having these links made just so he can win the Interwebs with links.

So, did you just happen to spot them while looking around in the categories where you usually list? Or is there some other way to find them / protect yourself? It just blows my mind how douche-y some people are.

I search for a lot of the same things I sell... inevitably, Ill see someone I sold something to reselling their purchase, and nicking my pics. Then, there are those who want to ride the fame train and see how successful my auctions are and use my pics and layout for something thats clearly not theirs. Theres a link where you can insta report the seller and while they "can't comment on the actions taken", they do take it pretty seriously.

Happens to me all the time too. Sometimes I find them myself, its pretty easy to identify your own photos...many times its the whole text too. One even copied the links to my store pages, which was probably an accident. I have reported them, but with the short 7 days auction I have seldom seen them ended or removed before the end of the auction.

If it is someone I sold an item to relisting it with my photos and description, I usually try to buy it back cheaper than I sold it. This has worked twice.

Spoo Versace would be the worst name in the history of people.

Isn't Gwyneth Paltrow's baby named Apples? That's a bad name.

Considering the competition, Apple got off easy. That dude from Korn apparently named his kid "Pirate." But the best all time has got to be the Zappas, with the trifecta (Diva Thin Muffin, Moon Unit and Dweezil).

+1. Definitely not worth picking up. As far as I know the only vintage Burberry's stuff worth buying is trench coats.
