    WWSD? what would Spoo do?

going to my brother's graduation at UNC this weekend and need to figure out a nice tie/shirt combo for this awesome suit that the Cap'n sent me. Thinking 'carolina blue' shirt, but have some other options if necessary. navy tie? pin dots? solid silk knit?

"to use a dick-swinging analogy, you're bragging about the fact that you go from 0.5" flaccid to a mighty 3" saying "hey everyone, i have a 6x multiplier, which is way better than acosbysweater's 12 inch monster dong, which doesn't grow at nearly such an astonishing rate!"

    Aw, you sweet. :satisfied:

    Brush ya shoulders off.

I hit this spot all the time and it has rewarded consistently. I have tons of duds that could go for 10x my initial estimate, but each auction takes more time than expected and even the smallest sales can result in annoying customer interactions, returns, and negative feedback. Why risk it when you can ball hard for just one transaction.

    Also, this:

Yo, so I just bought this Brooks Brothers tie -- for $1 -- and sold it for -- hold up -- $15! - (true story) - FIFTEEN HUNDRED PERCENT MARK-UP

Essentially, I traded in that bad boy in for two of these:

    ebay questions for the group:

    1. I had a couple items that had a BIN at $25. Once the item got bid on, the BIN disappeared (this happened on more than one item.) What's the deal?

    2. Can someone link me the ebay seller that had the cheap Saphir products? Just landed a nice pair of Strands and McAllister. :slayer:

If the bid is too close to the BIN, ebay will automatically remove the BIN option, which gives your item the chance to sell for more..

I am not sure what the threshold %-wise of BIN makes it dissapear....

Sold a jacket that had a BIN of 80 for 81 yesterday = AKA 1 more TO INVEST IN BB TIES TO SELL FOR 1500% profitz FOR STARBUCKzzzz

I buy Saphir from A Suitable Wardrobe. Shipping is much cheaper than the HP. That said, I think the minimum order on ASW is $25.00.

I'm not an expert on this, but you're underestimating the cost of non-streetwalking hookers. Didn't Elliot Spitzer drop like 4K an hour on that wannabe Kelly Clarkston that he was smaging?

In the colder climes of the US they are also known as "bunny boots". An area thrift scored some NOS bunnies from the 1950s USMC and USN. They sold pretty quickly. Sizing is very weird as I recall. I generally wear a 13D, but in those I think mine are a 9 or 10. Nice to have if you ever need them.
