SSSSSSSSS is from Syms Department Stores. Rebranded at times, generally nice items.

Syms yes, nice not so much. Good makers would make substantially worse versions for Syms and then Syms would cut the labels off when you bought them at a "discount" so you felt like you were getting a great deal.

So I went back to the thrift store and found the pair of pants to the orphaned brioni jacket! So all in all 3 suits, here are some better pics.

DM7 and I thrifted identical RLPL sweaters, including the red dot on the tag, probably not too many miles or hours apart! I recognize that blue tag too!

+1. That's a once in lifetime score, to find all those in your size.

    That's one hideous Brioni tie.

OH SHIT need pics of the MMM shirt! Another epic haul, and that BV tie looks pretty boss....

@acosbysweater, how did you pull that off? New, waxed, and a buck and a quarter?

Thanks for the SSSSSSS info, thanks for commenting on my balls, and a show of hands for how many others ever thought they'd be refreshing their phone at all places, at all hours, glued to a thread dedicate to thrifted clothing...

How in this crappy economy is one person able to find all of this. You would think an unemployed knowledgeable ex high end department store sales clerk would be collecting unemployment while thrifting 8 hours a day and making 50K a year on ebay...[IMG]

Unbelievably awesome finds as always!! Now just find some damn size 36S suits!!!

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Couldn't be happier.

Thanks for the explanation I was getting around to asking myself. I was wondering. I see SSSSSSSSSS all the time out here and my thrifting instincts had put them on par with Andrew Fezza, Jones New York, etc. (except older) but I wanted a reality check.
