Went at lunch... They've stopped putting out suits and sportcoats altogether and there's almost no long-sleeve shirts.

Did pick up 2 short sleeve Faconnable shirts, one blue striped, one pink striped... Marked size XL but looked more like a US large (available)

Also a NWT Hickey Freeman tie, a NWT Claudio Marinetti tie (never heard of this one, but felt nice and made in Italy), and a Judson Wade Collection tie (never heard of this one either, but also felt nice and loved the colors).

Anyone heard of Claudio Marinetti or Judson Wade?

I lived in OKC four years. Edmond wasn't great thrift wise. There's some money in the area, but lots of thrifty moms, and people who know quality. Hit closer to Nichols Hills (older money) at Nearly New located at 9218 N. Western Avenue, OKC, OK 73114. There are lots of thrifts all over the OKC metro area, and nearly all had mixed results, but this was the one I always liked best -- best quality and consistency. Prices are a shade higher than the local norm, but the quality could be head and shoulders above. But, last time I was there about a year ago it was thoroughly picked over -- nothing but old-old stuff and Jas. Banks. But, over the long haul, it was best.

Couple of things, a very nice Lanvin, made in Italy, 3-btn, dbl vent, tweed, spotless 40R:

    PTP 21, Slv 25, Shldr 17 1/2, length 30

Sleeves are too long (which is normal for me)

This Sandhurst for Dayton's mens store, (Lord West Formals by West Mill) one button, single vent, MOP buttons, "smoking" jacket I couldn't leave behind, it fits me and it has "Mad Men" written all over it, looks like it has barely been warn, some of the basting stitching still there, slim 42R, ptp 22 slv 25, shldr 18 1/2, length 30. This could be from the 60's-70's

that lanvin should fit you just about perfectly, right?

also the To Boot Adam Derrick - are those worth picking up? There is a lovely pair of bucks at a consigment shop near me. Brown Suede with Brown Leather looks like these http://www.amazon.com/To-Boot-New-York-Evan/dp/B003ZXGKI0 but better brown color. i think they are somewhere 25$ though..

Loafers! I picked these up because they were in excellent condition. I've learned to leave AEs that won't work well -- early on, I picked up every AE I found, regardless of condition -- but these are pretty nice. Should go well on ebay, unless ...

    Size 10D
