1800 sq ft 1952 ranch home, 3/2, 2 car garage w/ custom cabinets and outdoor carpeting (it doubles as my kid's foul weather playroom), hardwoods, berber carpet in bedrooms, built-ins, crown molding, fireplace, jetted tub in front bath, jetted spa tub in master, 10 ft wooden privacy fence, sprinkler system, new roof, new central air/heat, new double-pane custom windows... $189k
It didn't snow a single time this year... :sly:

PM Brianpore...maybe he can list your house on his eBay account

Yes, easily add an extra $100k for something like that in my neck of the woods :)

To buy in my neighborhood (we rent), start at, on a very good day, $350K with about $12K in property taxes.

1.2mm for an 1800 square foot house is pretty excessive, even if it is california :)

He also mentioned he was slightly outside of the city, so temper your estimates!

edit: Throw up the MLA listing, pics or it didn't happen!!

Didn't thrift for 3 weeks....and clearly the thrift gods smiled favorably upon my sacrifice...

Not pictured but still worthy of mention...White Charvet shirt, two Paul Stuart shirts and a pair of pale yellow M3F Bills.

...also thought these looked like they were okay so I picked them up too....

I've tried to piece together the puzzle that is Valium. I can't. FWIW, here are the pieces:
Usually has one [or more?] asian women, in his bed, calling [cooing?] his name.
Has a seemingly extensive grasp of high art, but gives absolutely zero ***** about grammar and the like
Has an unconventional approach to the "return" button and its uses
Could be Frenchy, could be someone other than Frenchy
Seems to spend much of his time hanging around storage units.
Good on you, sir. You are an enigma wrapped in a conundrum. I hope that sailboat picture nets you some dough

Also: is Canuck. But Frenchy never would produce photos of his "finds."
