Dude, don't blow up my SPOT! That's where I get all my Dior ties!
(Kidding, people. Kidding.)
I saw a Dior tie put to the best use possible yesterday. It was tied to the front door handle of the SA to hold the door open. Had to laugh.
Not really too much to report from the front. I managed to come up with a few things worth posting.
^^^ L - R (ugh... looks like hospital lighting.)
1. Pale blue grid patterned (looks like graph paper) Ermenegildo Zegna slim fitting spread collar shirt with single-button barrel cuffs. 15 x 34 or so. Available.
2. Like new $395 white pique bib front Ermenegildo Zegna spread collar tuxedo shirt with French cuffs. 15 1/2 x 34 or so. Made in Italy. Maybe available (maybe not - it's my size, but... ).
3. Incotex for Ermenegildo Zegna flat-front burnt orange / pumpkin colored corduroy pants. 38 x 31 1/2 or so. Available.
PM with inquiries.
That's all folks!
Just some ties:
Talbott wool challis (made in England), Turnbull & Asser, T&A, Charvet, Carroll & Co. (shepherd's check, should make a good wedding tie)
- Also picked up two seersucker shirts and a Carroll & Co. white polo for summer.
- Thought I found a Gucci tie. Upon closer inspection after purchase turned out to be "Cucci."
- Saw two women's overcoats from the "Democrat" label. Made in China.
more on the fully lined linen pants that fit me (a skotch tight, but good, I'm reducing my ass size at the moment)...can anyone tell me anything about the label, where it came from? They sure feel luxurious
My contribution to the "thrift fit" outfit...
Kind of crap stuff compared to what some of you haul, but I think it works together.
Vintage 4x1 navy DB blazer, in my size -- not bad OTR, just needs sleeves shortened.
PRL tie in green with a cool pattern (available), lands end tailored blue shirt and medium grey wool pants from lands end (All thrifted)
Ill give you something to fix! *shakes fist*
But, don't misconstrue my accessibility for any self serving reason... I really just like talking about clothes and nice things, with similar like minded enthusiasts. The fact that I sell them is a bonus. My consumption is probably far wider than my output, BION.
...and point proven. WANT THIS!
A few things today.

bad bad baaaaaaaad
Your hips look enormous
21....make that 20 to go
Did you not see the size of that Zegna slim fit? I figured you'd have dibs'd the crap outa that thing.
I had the same reaction to the leather blazer as Spoo. Maybe there's hope for me yet....
It is going to be funny when a first time poster pops in to show off his square toed Kennith Cole's and his Van Heusen shirt and takes the 30,000th post.
Bought the Van Heusen for himself, but found a huge stash of Yves St. Laurent Monsieur ties to flip on ebay
I don't think the color combination is bad, but I'm not that big a fan of everything else. Casey said it, but this makes you look very bulky all around, and you're clearly a skinnier fella so it looks odd. In addition to what Casey said, the shoulders look a tad wide, and the arms look too big, in addition to being too long. Also, pinpoint collars are a matter of preference, but I find they make most tie knots look weird and too constricted in relation to your neck. Anyway, glad to see this trend is still alive.
for 30K I wanted to drop this sweet ass picture of 16 (yes 16) nicely starched shirts in assorted colors and perfectly lined up as if it were the Thrift find of the year.
And then reveal that they were ALL Stafford and in my father-in-laws closet.
...to go with his treasure trove of van heusen, tommy, and stafford ties. WINNING! (all available )
