I think we should call this the thrift/discount, eBay, paypal, USPS, and miscellaneous complaining thread. [IMG]

What?! Half the people in this thread wear 44-46!

    BUY IT!

Edit: Looks like I'm late to the party, but add me to the list of people to contact if you are wondering whether or not to buy something :)

Think I found some nice currency pieces. The English Laundry shirt is obvious, but what is the other guy? Oh, these aren't fake, are they?

I know Apt. 9 is sold at Kohls dirt cheap. I'm sure its real, otherwise It would be like faking Croft and Barrow or Arrow

    +100 to both jkidd41011 and pnutpug .

I used to sell on here but I ended up spending so much time answering emails and taking specific measurements and photos from tire-kickers killing time that I gave up. Compared to eBay the buyers on here are much more knowlegable, picky, and spoiled. I don't mean that in as bad a way as it sounds, it's just I bet most of them shop thrift stores so they've grown numb to labels and only buy it if it's at near-thrift prices. I have really good luck thrifting down here in Dallas (I see Zegna and Canali on almost every trip and I find Kiton, RLPL, and Brioni stuff on occasion) but even the good stuff never made enough money to make it worth the trouble.

I switched to eBay and had better luck for a while but even that is starting to change. I'm getting way more no-pays and other issues. All I'm trying to do now is clear out that spare room full of clothes. Once I clean that up I hope to close up shop for good. I had hoped to always sell a few nice things to fuel my clothes habit but for every item I pick up to sell I find 2-3 for myself. Same goes for eBay: every time I post something I end up finding stuff on there I want. I finally organized everything into sell/keep and my "keep" pile has 29 suits in it! That doesn't count the sportcoats or the 4 waist high stacks of slacks, not to mention 100's of ties.

I just need to clean out the backlog and step away all together before I end up on American Hoarders. I'll be the best-dressed, cleanest hoarder they've ever had but it'll still be obvious I have a major problem.

+1, thanks for the info. 951socal. From a limited web search I figured it was not one of their top lines, but wasn't sure exactly where it was in the pecking order. Always like learning new info, Thanks!

I've been searching for a Harrington jacket. Found a navy J Press in my size $6. Also a brunello cucinelli lime green polo either M or L with killer super thick buttons. Finally a Louis Vuitton black peak lapel single button jacket. I think it's real. Pics later
