Might not have had a maker's/tailor shop's label to begin with. The label removed from the inside lining of the jacket probably looked like this (except with a much lesser known name  )

Custom and bespoke are very different. Bespoke is very time consuming and expensive.

Almost certainly not the Al Green, but still funny.

There is nothing wrong with your conduct. Over the last year or so it has become common for people on this thread to hound buyers in an attempt to buy the items being bragged about. It seems to be going to the next step for some, entitlement.

Just venting: I had a similarly recent BBGF hand tailored (Martin Greenfield) blue pinstripe I was trying to sell/trade. Wool was soft and buttery, working surgeon cuffs. Granted the measurements were odd, but I got no love on SF and barely covered my costs on Ebay. Clearly doing it wrong.

    Carry on.....

Wow, I was gone for a few days and came back to 30 pages of reading. It seems that all I missed was a lot of this...[IMG] and some knowledge that I may require for a question that I am going to ask shortly. Found some zilch minus a couple pairs of Faconable and Vineyard Vines shorts along with a pretty cool leather cigar carrying case. However I did find a couple of interesting hats and I know absolutely nothing about hats. *Cough* Typhoid *cough* I think it was you that was really knowledgeable on these types of items so some help would be much appreciated. On the subject of vintage audio/stereo equipment. I passed on a Roberts 770x reel to reel that I am thinking may have been stupid after reading the past several pages. Worth going back for?
