Who brought up the damn post office [IMG][IMG]

This thread did have a few good days of solid 100% awesome finds.

[IMG]On a side note, most of you have seen my Hickey Freeman "store". If you want anything PM me, prices are VERY negotiable as I'm looking to move the stuff.

Nataku i owe you big time man,i took your advice and went back for the tapes.there were twenty tapes in each box i got five boxes total for $5 per box plus again 30% off,so with tax i paid just under twenty bucks.
heres what i found out, they are all mint condition metal pick up tapes (10.5 inch) with boxes. out of the 100, 15 were TEAC,1 Akai,30 Were Scotch 30 Ampex and the rest were no names.
the TEAC tapes go around $60 for each,The AMPEX around $40 and the Scotch around $30 a pop,the Akai alone is around $80 so do the math thats around $3000 in tapes.
im gonna see if i can get a dealer to take them off my hands for half that since i dont have an ebay account (and dont want one).
anyway if you still have a reel rig i will send you a couple if you like as my appreciation

He's going to send you a beautifully formed shitlog, wrapped in no less than 5 tyvek envelopes.

That would make it better than the last round of crap he sent me. HAIYOOOOOOOO!

Just kidding, Spoo has consistently provided the highest quality goods for ridiculously low prices - often NWT, and always WELL BELOW the retail price!!

Glad to have helped! Those will have no problem finding homes - analog stuff is in huge demand. I don't have a deck yet so sadly I don't really have a use for any yet. Find them a good home. :)
