canada on both...first 2 pics of Polo wool suit; the rest are labels on the tweed 3pc. Also in digging deeper in the pockets, I now see suits are 40R. I usually fit a 38 but I put on a couple pounds and tweed...I like a little less snug fit. These are snug. Uh oh, gotta start hitting the weights again and doing more cardio. It's time.

Had a so-so day. Lots of decent stuff, nothing WOW:

    2 x Sergio Valentino Collection Shirts (Grey/White) M

    John Varvatos Shirt 16.5L/42

    2 x Turnbull & Asser Shirts 16.5/42 and 16/41

    Richard James shirt 17/43

    2 x Ermenegildo Zegna shirts M

    RLBL Shirt

Tom James Long Sleeved Polo XL

    Canali Double Breasted Jacket, 58R

Hugo Boss, Made in Italy full length wool topcoat

Franceschetti for Barneys shoes, excellent+ condition 10D

HSM Gold Trumpeter Sport Coat (I don't know what the fabric is, but it's nice)

    Christian Dior Belt

Some quirky AE Shoes, Good to Excellent condition, 9D

    Ermenegildo Zegna Trofeo Sport Coat

HSM Gold Trumpeter Suit, Like new, possibly unworn (Around 40-42R)

An interesting Georgio Armani single button sport coat I came across... I know there is a lot of hate for Armani here, but does anyone know anything about this label? It's black and says
GIORGIO ARMANI VIA BORGONUOVO 21 Milano, on it. The quality seemed good, so I went for it.

Had a pretty good week...I'm just seriously confused as to why it's so hard for me to find good 34x32 or 34x34 pants! This is getting ridiculous...anyway, pictures to come soon.

Royal Ballater 100% pure cashmere sweater. Made in Scotland. Can't find a single thing about this online

Sulka 100% cashmere sport coat. I believe it's a houndstooth pattern? working cuffs. stain on cuff but may come off with dry cleaning? doesn't seem to be devastating. EU48/US38 and the label inside the pocket also says "jacket" so i assume it's stand-alone?

Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece suit - 46L. pants are about 19"/38x29 with an inch and a half cuff. Flat-front pants.

    2x Bill's Khaki's 38x30 flat-front M1's

Vineyard Vines baseball themed tie...really like the color on this.

everything available as well, pending pictures.

These canadian made polo suits are real interesting creatures. I had one over a year ago, it too was a tweed that was 92 wool 8 cashmere. Very cool suit, I believe it was half canvassed. Only other Polo made in canada suit I've ever seen, no idea why they were making suits there at the same time they owned an American factory. It was beefy though.

That might be made by Attolini. Got a pic of the label? I actually dig that for myself as well.

If thats a 40R, how much?

LooknGr8 - Those Polo suits are amazing! I love the D/B with that crazy peak lapel!

Eeeh, I wish. At the stores I frequent, I'd say maybe 10% are there because I need to. The rest seem to be either flippers or rich older women looking for St. John and Armani for peanuts. My 10 year old Grand Marquis looks way out of place in the parking lot along side brand new BMWs and Mercedes. Hell, I saw a new-ish Maserati Quattroporte in the parking lot the other day. I guess the way rich people become rich is to be cheap...

It's marked 40R. Haven't busted out the tape yet, but by the way it fits I am pretty sure it's been tailored down to more like a 39.

I gotta keep it for now, Spoo, but thanks.

Probably like others around here, when I see your interest I know I've thrifted a winner. :)

:cloud: At least tell me the sleeves are something ridiculous like 23", rendering it unwearable for me anyway.

Let me put it this way. A huge percentage of people who does not have the means use these stores as primary source of clothing. First hand knowledge from work.

But those of us pulling the excellent stuff are not keeping them from doing so.
