Let's not string him up yet

I was just curious because I thought I had nailed down all the people in this thread close to my size (good to know the competition/people you can trade with ;) ) I'm just going off the size in his profile

Screw that...I'd keep it. I'm actually a 42L and PMed OP before anyone called dibs, but after looking at it I thought it was an orphan so I recanted my dibs...now it appears it's actually an SC. And I'm[IMG]ing myself.

On the subject of dick moves...

I made a couple phone calls today to a certain school district in Mastic Beach, NY. Spoke to the Superintendent. He's gonna follow up tomorrow. :satisfied:

Reason #1 for this thread suddenly blowing up: the new homepage layout. It's always in the Latest Discussions list. Maybe it could be made invisible on the front page?

found a couple of things today:

    • canali dress shirt - lavender with stripes - tagged 16 x 41
      [IMG]
    • dolce & gabbana dress shirt - light blue with shiny olive stripes - tagged 15 1/2 x 39
      [IMG]

    and now, a special bulletin:

    *************** NUCKY THOMSON ALERT **********

the crazy things i found today: two Hickey Freeman Collection double breasted blazers. no size tag, no material tag. they appear to be a wool / cashmere blend and are SUPER NICE, probably bespoke judging from the inside tag. these are clearly not my size, but i couldn't leave them on the rack. the detail work on these is insane. here are some of the highlights:

    • they're each 20.5 pit to pit, 19.25 shoulder width; length is 30.75 BOC; sleeve length: 24
    • very nice, soft material, probably wool/cashmere blend
    • working cuff buttons
    • ticket pocket
    • double rear vents (the houndstooth has that strappy thing for the vents, i forget what it's called)
    • both in amazing condition. no signs of wear, and each of them has two still-basted pockets.
    • they are pretty heavy, the wool/cashmere is quite thick. not peacoat thick, but thick. i personally think these would work better as outerwear (which would explain the length) than as blazers, but who knows.

i know what you're thinking, "these look like tweed." brother, they are NOT tweed. you're also thinking "HF collection, how proletarian." brother, these things are BALLIN.

    YELLOW/BROWN HOUNDSTOOTH:

i WISH WISH WISH these things fit me. even though they're tagged "Hickey Freeman Collection," i don't think they're the same as the modern Collection diffusion line. these are much nicer than any HF mainline i've seen. they're both relatively recent (tag says 1998) but i swear they look brand new.

i'm a fatass, so all of these items are available for TRADE for anything in 46R (sport coats especially) or nice shirts in 17 x 35. LET'S TRADE DUDES.

Look to be about a 38/40. If anyone is interested they are going to need shoulder, arm and length (BOC) dimensions so might as well get them out of the way now.
