1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Yeah, that's a huge plus. I've passed tons of stuff onto my family members. Maybe this could get the girlfriend to tolerate the thrifting hobby a bit more. It works with my wife!

    Welcome to the fold.

Re: the BB suit could just as easily be the from older Makers line (honestly couldn't tell you the difference, because I've seen the older Makers tag alone, the older Brooksease tag along, and then sometimes together).

Re: the PRL - Without a tag, it is hard to say, but those lapels look pretty wide and the shoulders seems pretty prominent. If you say it has a low button stance, I'd guess it's an older-ish orphan jacket.

That outta heal some wounds with the ladies in your life.

You know, I've been wondering about that myself. I know what you're talking about. And I've never had a problem with anything I brought home from the thrift.

These are great! I heard about using ties a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have enough time to find any for sacrifice. For next year though, I am going to start picking up some of the awesome, but stained ties I come across.

ben silver ties are weird. I've had some sell for a ton of money, and some sell for not much at all. I think there are certain people out there who basically collect the rep ties and find the ones they don't make any more to be pretty desirable.

Yeah.....that's probably right. Just like Hermes and VV ties - certain styles and models get major $$.

To me, that would be a trophy find. Do you have the room and space to display it? If so, keep it. It could be one of those things down the line that you'll regret selling due to to it's scarcity.
