These posts are making me itch to get back out (although, the ebay stories are horrifying, and I'm just starting to sell some stuff). Those Aldens are awesome, and I really dig that Brioni tie.

Only a few more hours before I am done with finals....

Got this Drakes pocket square for $39 shipped from Barneys.

They still have some in stock: purple | olive

Because a unicorn/rabbit/dog/cheetah/bird-print pocket square is an "essential wardrobe piece" ...right?

I'm not above wearing a unicorn in my pocket.

Nothing much today other than some ties and this Ted Baker London shirt. My pix is kinda crappy, but there is very fine raised cable knit stitching, which impressed me for a 100% cotton shirt. Not sure if the buttons are mop, but they say Ted Baker in them. 17 34/35.

Would trade the above for something similar in 16x 32/33 or 33. Looking for some lightweight dress shirts.

Passed on a small Lanvin camel hair sportcoat. Really a winter or cold weather sportcoat. Didn't have a size but it felt like a 40S or 42S. I took pix of it, but they're on my cell phone, which I left @ work. Can post the pix and go back in case anyone is interested.

Nataku, a good revenge idea is to subscribe to some porn mailing list and use that teacher's school address. The principal or whatever would certainly notice THAT.

LOL thanks for the heads up on the Barneys sale... I'm slightly embarrassed to say that I snagged a pair of Zimmerli boxers for 29 bucks with the last of my "discretionary funds" :embar:

Still, I've been looking forward to seeing what the fuss about Zimmerli is... will REFRAIN from sharing. ;)

So I have a strategic question for you experienced Ebayers - Seeing that there are only 9 days left till Christmas and a 10 day listing would end the day after Christmas (a terrible, terrible idea), when is the best time to list items from here on out? Are people really realistically going to be spending superfluous money for themselves on clothes at any point between now and Christmas...and after getting the shell shock from that December bank statement in January, are they really likely to buy anything in January either? I guess, basically, is it a bad idea to list items auction style now...would it be better to hold them until like mid to late January to list?

It would be quite depressing to have the only Henry Poole I'll ever find go for $9.99 because I listed it at the wrong time and everyone is broke. lol.
