It seems like everyone has been going tie crazy here lately so I wanted to join the party. I thought I was going to have a bad day when I went into a spot I frequent, walked upstairs, and saw a lady walking down the stairs with a Burberry classic check scarf. It was a long stair walk so I could tell it was authentic by the Burberry 100% cashmere label in the bottom right corner and I know it was cheap because this particular store almost always marks their scarves and ties the same price. [IMG] But anyway, I think I did ok for the day.

From left to right: Boss, E. Zegna, E.Zegna, Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo, Hermes (need some help authenticating)

    A bad size, 62R. Fits super trim though, like a 46 - 48US size.

Hey whacha think of these pants?

They are the worst fitting pants in the world, at least 2 sizes smaller than the 56 - 38US waist. They fit like a 34/35 waist. Maybe if an inch gets lopped off, they could, ahem, fit you ?????

    ^

Pants are from FW08 or FW09 I think, one of those. Probably retailed for about $1250, 99% designed by Alexander Plokhov, of Cloak.

That is a high dollar price, although regardless I think they are sweet pants. I really wish they fit me :( but the let out room is only 1/2 an inch. No good for me although these may fit someone with a 36" waist after alterations, or someone with a 34" waist after getting them taken in.

Arg! Stupid eBay. I can't list any more men's clothes right now. I've hit the category limit because I've only been selling for a month or so.

Welcome to eBay. I remember when it was so easy to sell stuff. There was no bias - sellers and buyers could both leave negative feedback so both parties tried harder to work it out. Paypal was just emerging and most transactions were done with concealed cash, checks or money orders. None of this chargeback bullshit.

It's amazing what just several years can do. It's a whole different world now. This is what happens when a greedy corporation has a monopoly on something. They take advantage of people wherever and whenever they can. It's gotten ridiculous when they basically handed the company over to buyers. I've been fed up with them for a couple years now but when B/S went down the tubes, there's really no where else to go. Sure, I grab stuff I know someone on here (the thrift board) would like and just let people know it's available when I post it to "brag", but there's tons of other stuff out there that I find that people on here just wouldn't be interested in. Anyway, I feel your pain. I've been there time and again, not to mention got scammed as well.

    / Rant.
