Last night I found a nice Ermenegildo Zenga -Soft- suit at the thrift store. It is made in Switzerland from 100% Wool. I am not very familiar with the Soft line. Any help would be great. I will add details tonight on sizing.

Zegna soft was a line introduced for younger clientele in the early 1990's. I think this line made it to around mid 2000's (being surplanted by Z Zegna). It was not as good quality as the mainline Zegna, but was not too bad. If the suit is in good condition and not too dated, I dont think it is a bad score.

Yes, that is true.

I see you got rid of your avatar, such a shame you did not keep the memory of a true prick alive. I understand though, you dont want your good name sullied by the mugshot of a highly unscrupulous character

Ok. Thanks, It looks maybe worn once or twice, its classic flat front single breasted so it pretty much timeless. I feel pretty good with my $7 purchase.

all the RL/BB in the thrifts near me are doubled in price compared to other brands ($8 a pop), I typically don't pick them up unless they fit me perfectly and are in excellent shape.

Good haul though.

These are all in excellent shape if anyone is interested. Left all the crappy/ damaged stuff there.

A quick run to the thrift store this morning yielded this: an Oxxford Grey Flannel Suit "The Crittenden" for Wilkes Bashford. Really good shape with no stains or holes. 1/2 inch red mark (crayon, tomato sauce?) on one of the pocket flaps that should come out at the dry-cleaner. I was able to scratch most of it away but will leave the rest to the professionals.

Tagged as a 46L. 3/2 Roll. Super 120's. I measured the waist at approx 37 or 38 with some room to let out. Bit darker than shows in photo.

Way to big for me. Open to offers.

AHS
