Found a Canali for Rubenstein suit in what i think is a size 42... Cloth's from loro piana but the cloth connecting the arms and the body at the underarms is a lil ripped :(... fairly good condition besides that

Honestly, I bought it for the cloth from loro piana ... doesn't even fit

Today I found a Spurr wool blazer and vest in size 40. I really wish I could have found matching pants since everything else fits so well.

My local GW had a half off all men's shirts today so I was excited...but there wasn't anything incredible. Got a Valentino Uomo shirt, a PRL pure linen shirt, and just got 2 mint Lands End shirts for myself. I'd normally pass over the Lands Ends, but they were exactly my size, mint, and in solid colors that are vastly underrepresented in my closet....I mean, they were like $3 each after the half off sale, so I can't really complain there.

Oh, also got a great condition (but very small...any 38S in the house? Haha.) Harris Tweed blazer.

Edit: Damnit, also forgot, a pretty cool lavender floral design NWOT Faconnable tie (it still has the plastic thingy that holds the paper tag on it, but it looks like the tag was ripped off it..and it looks clearly unworn).

Im new to this forum and Im really not trying to spam or anything, I promise, but I saw this thread and I couldnt resist. I just started my own little shop called THRIFTY CHIC, where I sell secondhand and vintage clothing that I pick myself on my daily thrift store visits. I love thrifting and I love to shop for other people and shae my deals and treasures. I cant resist a deal even if its not my size and style and my closets and spare rooms have filled up so I started sellin online. Like I said I didnt join this forum to advertise but I noticed there are some avid thrifters like me and I think you will enjoy my site.

: http://webstore.com/~crystalabram If anyone visits me and you see a deal, just message me and mention this forum and I will give you 30% off

I realize that you're probably just spamming, but you do realize that this forum is MENS clothing right? I looked at the posted link and its all womens.

+1. Plus it's all low end crud. And at those prices...you better do INSANE volume.

canali is a good suit, don't go crazy over the Loro Piana fabric its cheaper than you think. If its a seam rip it is probably easily reparable, otherwise I would pass on this type of stuff.

It's a blue with the multi-colored speckles characteristic of tweed. Pics are below. Also, while taking pictures I noticed a tiny hole at the very bottom of the left sleeve cuff that I didn't see in the store :-/. You can kind of make it out in the bottom of the sleeve picture below.

That's a good question that I, unfortunately, don't have the answer to. For what it's worth, Esquire called it one of the best shops in Hong Kong in 2009. Probably two of the nicest shirts I own, but I've done this for less than a year in places that are less than thrifting Meccas so take that with a grain of salt.
