I've poured over the ancient texts...@Zigo was foretold...

The young lion will overcome the older ones,
On the field of thrift in a single thread, in six posts he will declare his intent.

From the depths of the West of Europe,
Treasures from Gaul to Tuscany and across the seas to the New World.
Underrated post of the day. Also, welcome Zigo. I'm always happy to see newcomers who have done their research, which you clearly have. Awesome stuff!

Probably Fugazi but good quality Louis Vuitton men’s passport holder and a very real Hewlett-Packard 12C at 50% off, because the batteries were corroded. But the leads are clean; total seven dollars, OK.

New batteries, and it fires right up.

Was hoping to find a classic waxed jacket for the wife but she's gonna have to settle for now. Also come on Barbour... plastic zips on a motorcycle inspired series? **** be looking cheap.

Just a quick thank you to @sthenosall for not only being an awesome trade partner for including a huge premium consignment AND a pair of RL Cigar Marlow shoes I must have commented on a year ago and totally forgot about with what I wanted. Wore them all day and am so thankful.

Not sure if this is one of his nice scarves or the cheapo licensed ones but the edges sure are nice

I know most of you guys aren't the biggest fans of 3 buttons. I love them though and I would've instantly grabbed this if it was my size. Comps were too low and price was too high for me to pick up to flip, but thought I'd offer the chance for a proxy. Size 46 suit.

Mostly fodder lately, but I walked into a rare thriftening today and thought I'd share.... One stop of course.

Salvaged this from a big console the other day.

SYNERGGGGGGGYYYYYY!
Paid up, aka local classifieds instead of thrift store, but still a solid score. Probably could have talked the guy down but he was nice and price was just a Benny. Love the walnut cabinet. Guy said his parents had this since he was around 4, wasn’t used much, even includes original manual and warranty paperwork. The console appears to be from 61. More pics in spoiler.

Is this the same fisher as before or you found another one?
