Bought this Barbour tote bag for my wife. Do I look good giving her a real Barbour bag or do I give her a $10 knock-off. I don't know anything about handbags. Looks well made with the red detail on the edges of the leather handles and straps. One of the snaps has a UK pat #. Any help greatly appreciated.

I don't usually mess with ZZegna, but I can make an exception for a suede jacket at €12

Recent finds, continued...

Huge handrolled silk shawl, somewhere around 120cm/47in. Anyone recognize the tag?

Really like the hibiscus print and though it's not normally me, I may try it once this summer:

Giant duffle. The ends come off and turn into backpacks.

Collection of bespoke shoes from Poland, older and nice. I started cleaning them up, as you can see from the lizard (?) pair. @blekit , do you have any information?

We used a Jiffy when I worked for Brooks Brothers to steam garments. It worked like a charm. Jiffy makes commercial grade stuff, not sure about Rowenta, but really was impressed with Jiffy, and we used it almost daily for years without any issues. Just don't overfill the water.

Any general advice on how to use them? They're frequently paired with some heat resistance gloves, and some Jiffy cleaner to be used once every 6 months to a year. What was your over-all experience?
