For people who find dress shoes, do you restore the heel and add Topys if you plan on flipping it? I see a lot of restoration photos and half the time, the heels are cooked

i don't restore the heels - if they're not falling off and the shoes are cheap enough, i'll give them a quick polish and list them as is. Buyer is aware of the need to change the heels
