"Jobmaster" style. Things weigh about 10lbs. Size isn't marked that I can find.
All Wescos that I've ever seen have the size markings stamped into the inside of the collar, making it very difficult to see, even when looking right at it.

Second Woom 3 I’ve found, both from the same shop. This is well-timed, since kid 2 is almost ready for a 16” bike. Retail price is $399, and I paid the equivalent of about five gallons of gas.

Yeah that's what I started to see, looking at others.. However mine lack any size stamping anywhere. They're also fully lined in leather... Started to deduce that maybe they were a custom make up.

Went onto Wesco's site and yep. Built the exact boot in their boot maker with brown lining, type of soles, etc. They make up to EEE width. MSRP for the make up was $638.

First of all, hi hi hi to all my friends here. Its been a long time - I dont really get to thrift that much anymore, I get out maybe 3-4 times a month nowadays with the business taken on a whole other dimension. But I still do. To all the new guys who are posting here, welcome, I used to post here a lot, you may have heard of me.

Anyway, I couldnt let the year finish without posting a Cheapies entry so here you go. Let me start by saying I cannot take full credit for this as @starwarsocean found this (in case any of you dont know, he works for us at LuxeSwap) and sent this to me. It was in an estate sale that was way far away and I didnt have time to go to. He went and generously proxied the coat for me. I mean 8 hours round trip driving time. My man is a beast :fistbump:

Not true thrift prices but wellll under the 10% rule. In stone ******* mint condition. Maybe worn twice. Even has the storm latch which Ive never seen. Surprisingly, there are really no examples of a Loro Piana 100% Vicuna Horsey that I can find in a quick search. (un)fortunately I have lost about 35lbs since the last time I posted here so this size L is a bit big on me but its a hard one to let go of. I bought this for a very specific client who will throw down for this.. but maybe Ill wait a few weeks to show him. :)

Anyway, I miss you guys and the camaraderie here, I hope its still going in some aspect. I peek in from time to time and see some things never change, Frenchy and his watches, Fueco and his Tevas lol JK bro. Hopefully time will allow me to check back in here more often, even if its a quickie. You guys are my favorite reality show lol.

Anyway enjoy and behold my Vacuna

For people who find dress shoes, do you restore the heel and add Topys if you plan on flipping it? I see a lot of restoration photos and half the time, the heels are cooked

What in the actual ****? Why so expensive? Almost a G for a non fashion brand base layer seems ridiculous.
as good as this thread can be that is downright resplendent
Agreed. One of the cooler things posted here.

I recently found a vintage Oxxford overcoat in vicuna on eBay with the label dating to 1967. The fabric is in reasonably good condition and would require some alterations if I would wear it out regularly.

I think I was just really curious about the fabric given its rarity and exclusivity. Upon receiving it, I can't really distinguish it from a high quality tan cashmere.

Let's see it
