Does anyone have recommendations on where to find period-correct buttons for a sport coat?

I would just look for similar period garments at thrift shops, and buy the item for the buttons. I regularly see a ton of SCs that would be unwearable, but the buttons could readily be harvested.

Speaking of vintage soccer I picked this up on a whim. Poland World Cup “Jerzy”?Tag is too faded but I read he played in 2002 and a little in 2006. Though he doesn’t seem like a very noteworthy player

@flipstah I swear you find more Canali 1934 than anyone. It's always 1934 suit or jacket and then a couple made in Canada brand items like RC, w+h, N&F. Jealous as I don't often find those makers in my parts!
