Not 100% sure but I'd say Cheaney (when they were part of Church's)

I was thinking that but I can’t remember seeing a gold Bally label before. And it looked like the gold border of the label extended under the sticker, which seems long for the word “Bally”

Really random question - but does anyone know of any decent places to thrift around dc? Not trying to take anyone’s stomping grounds, but need to help a few folks find suits on a real budget and just don’t have any idea of decent thrift locations in/around DC. Happy to dm if that’s easier for anyone!
