@Nobilis Animus Everyone is competition regardless of if they are selling or just buying for personal. I was just saying that it seems like much more people in general are at the thrifts now. Covid is hitting so many people financially.

Whenever I see the "white van" speaker systems at thritfs I try to explain to management that they are known to just short circuit and go up in flames and burn somebody's house down. They always look like in trying to scam them to get a better price ,I guess that's what you get for looking like a eurodouche.
Was in one store last week and they had one set priced at $1500!!!!
Same store had these for half the price lol ,go figure.
Did not kop either pair.

They were invariably sold by a kinda goofy high-off-of-weed sounding surfer dude. That scam was infamous

Pretty quiet lately but a quick stop at a church thrift provided a couple interesting finds.

Billy Reid -- I've found lot of shirts in the past, first pair of shoes I've ever seen

Been looking for a simple AM/FM radio for my office to listen to games that aren't available to stream. 80's/90's GE clock radio fills the need.

For personal use yes ,to flip no meat left.

With audio gear if you buy something, use it for a while then sell it for what you have into it that’s a win win. There’s too many people out there looking for the stuff and it’s easier to research than clothes are.

My wife and I have had that very clock radio since...well, the 80s/90s. We have yet to find one to replace it. Great find.

i'm bored and the thrifts still suck for the most part. so i bought a busted tennis racquet for $3.99. the best part is i don't even play tennis. LOL!

it would have been a nice flip, Head LiquidMetal Instinct Tour XL... but was totally "McEnro'ed". someone got pissy and slammed it on the court, tweaking the head. but for $4, it was worth buying to not regret leaving it behind. pretty damn sure it was a waste of $4. haha!
