Well I had fun today, but not many finds to speak of unfortunately. Purp did us proud however! Nice to see the charity shops finally able to bring in some much-needed income. You know, I have a feeling that if we had all bought two toys per kid - one to play with, and another to store away - we'd all be doing quite well these days. You never know what might be valuable one day.

I lived in Germany in the early eighties when I was a preteen and Playmobil was the thing to have .
I still see lots of it at the fleamarkets when I go back to Dortmund for a visit.
Their outdoor fleamarkets or swapmeets for you yanks are incredible .especially the big ones in Berlin and Hamburg ,I would rather go to those then a thrift store anytime.
If you guys travel there definitely check them out.

I was able to sell all my sons Playmobil stuff on eBay. Went for a decent amount. Much better than giving away.
