What kinds of allergies? You can get a pretty good gluten free pizza crust online, we used on at a country club i worked At and i preferred it over the regular

Do you mind me asking which one. My daughter is gluten free and my wife’s bakes a lot of her stuff from scratch now. Yesterday’s pizza was made with this:

we have found these products to be significantly better than what she was getting local. Pricey though. Of course it is in combination with the recipe but she says this stuff makes it much easier. PM me anyone if need the recipe. She will be making pierogie gluten free dough today to test out for Easter. Appreciate any info.

Udis has a pretty good selection of gluten free products, i dont Typical care for gluten free but these were surprisingly good
