@flipstah, I love Dishoom - great call! You'll probably have left town by the time they re-open, but Gymkhana on Albermarle Street is also a must-visit.

Barbour for £38 seems almost reasonable in the context of UK thrifts - basically all the 'little old ladies' who used to run charity shops have been replaced with professional managers with fundraising targets to meet and who price things way up. But it seems to sell...

Is it? Well it was the only thing interesting so passed on it. Love Dishoom!

Dammit I tried to go to dishroom last time I was there. No reservation and like I think it was a two hour wait. whoops!

Totally fluked out. Went in at 1140 and got a table; missed the lunch rush and got food quick!

full disclosure - it’s an orphan, but in flawless condition and at $6 I had to grab to check Arnys tailoring off of my list. Have found a tie by them but that’s it. Will be returning every day for the next week to see if I can pair it with the pants.
