I goofed...I think it's a 3-button :( I thought maybe someone tried to press it flat but I think it's supposed to be that way. Hopefully someknow who knows more than me can weigh in. And, the last label gave me pause for thought but I've never handled the real thing...

EDIT: actually I think it was originally a 3r2...it seems to revert to it when worn

Have you or anyone else here done any research or have any experience authenticating cigars? I’d be really curious to hear how to tell

Awesome find! Even with a baseline Cohiba, that's $400 all day, so assuming they're good, that's an amazing find, and potentially much more $.

Rehydration of cigars, like restoring thrift shell, is a process that takes time. Honestly, a few weeks minimum. First, check and make sure the wrappers haven't cracked. They look good from the photos, but this is important. Cracked wrappers will dry out the oils in the tobacco and you can't bring those back. Use a clean humidor, around 75% humidity, and be sure to use distilled water.

    Hope it works out!

im actually doing that right now but the only way is to take them to someone,i know a couple cigar stores.so many intangibles .hologram, leaf, wrapper etc.
not holding my breath but i paid $15 so no biggie, but yeah there are a lot of fakes .
but if you can find real gold in a thrift i dont see why not cigars, stay tuned.
These re actually even more then i thought if real.
    I hope my profit doesn't go up in smoke,sorry I couldn't resist.

RL by Rancourt loafers. Probably worn just a few times.
I like these but I know some of you are much more into RL so if you gotta have them I am up for trade.

One of the grails I've set out to find in 2019 is vintage tiki mugs (Trader Vic's, Mai Kai, etc.) Hopefully, this is a precursor to finding something.

Aftco polo shirt, nothing special, but I'll wear it to make my first drink in my thrift mugs.

Thinking same donor as the R2 I found recently. No Patagonia left behind.

Oh, you’re gonna donate that jacket that’s less than two years old? Oh ok. I appreciate ya.

    That adidas is the shit.

    I'm a 10.5 D

Not dead, just no time to post. Did pop on Rapha today. Plus a very cool new MOS shirt that's too small for me and Arc'T

I've sold lots of cord pants, sport coats might be a bit tougher to move.
