it's best to show the work it goes with the sig and is arguably more important .

oleta delaplaine . bio here : https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/125241977_oleta-delaplaine-coastal-scene-oil-on-board
Fair enough. I grabbed this on my way out the door because it was $3 and just snapped a quick pic of the signature so I could try to figure it out myself. Here is the full painting. Nothing spectacular, but I like it enough for it to go up in the office for now. Thanks for the assist!

What's that fox holding in his mouth? A prosthetic leg and a cane? What's that swirly bit underneath.

I'm not familiar with that crest

any chanel heads? this is fake right? tell me it is because i left it behind. actually this is the second time i leave it behind lol.

it’s from a 1996 collection that had a lot of all over print stuff. the few recently sold things i’ve found don’t have tags that are similar. but they had different tags so it didn’t help much

"The thrift provides" episode #46934:

For what seems like an endless time, I have been searching for a decent P&S camera for my thrift finds and the 'Bay. The challenge: it must have full manual capability, and most of the small cameras don't. For years, I used the Canon Powershot S90/95/120 range, until I wore the last one out, but they are still getting stupid money for those. $250+.

So I walked into a little local animal charity shop that rarely delivers (and is "luxury resale boutique"-priced) and saw, under the glass, this little camera with all the extra buttons and controls and the magic letter "M" on the dial: a Nikon P7000, with the price tag turned over – usually a bad sign.

Whatever: "May I see the camera, please?", fully expecting a price whiplash. But imagine my surprise . . .

Out the door for a Jackson, and everything works. Not the latest or greatest, and these get only $200 or less on the 'Bay, but perfect for the task at hand, and exactly what I needed to catch up my backlog. A little rubbing alcohol cleaned it up like new. The thrift does indeed provide. Even though it takes a while . . .

Best day of the year so far for me.

Biggest suit I've ever purchased for resale. 54L US.

Dang near mint Cooper G1

Mint (new, old stock?) 70s M65 jacket.
IMG_8689.jpeg

Not the most valuable, but possibly my favorite find of the day is this somehow mint condition 1950s Field & Stream shadow plaid shacket.

Not to be outdone, my wife went out to a different store and found two Umanoff steel / wicker lounge chairs.

IMG_8678.jpeg

She also found this lamp (missing its shade). No markings, but it's giving off big Bitossi / fat lava vibes. Base is 2.5 feet tall and the top is another 1.25 feet. Anyone have any ideas on this one? @330CK ?

And I'm out. Keep rocking it everyone.
