@Letric the timing is making me feel like a slacker.
I'm cleaning a pair of AE myself but I just slapped some conditioner on it and putting some touch up polish
now I feel like I should put in more effort in my cleaning

Bridgestone bikes are fantastic .I think they were made by Nishiki if I remember correctly ,made in Japan right?.I've bought and sold quite a few and far as always impressed .
Yup. Made in Japan ChroMo. I've had a couple of these and they ride super nice. Honestly I'm a sucker for the old steel bikes and have a couple 80s Treks in my own stable.

They’ve also got a bit of a cult following - if you are flipping, using the terms Grant Petersen (designer) and Rivendell should attract the right sort of two-wheeled weirdos ;-)

nothing too crazy but i did find some pretty cool stuff today. NF ski pants and that hoodie should pay for the whole ~30 piece lot at $11 PPU or so

also found 5 or 6 sick vintage gant blazers at another store earlier this week, need to go back and see if they have more. didn’t get to go through the pants last time i was there. might go there today after i charge my phone. will post this weekend.

happy thrifting, y‘all.

Accidentally logged off for a year. Haven’t been thrifting a ton in the past year, but here are some cool finds that I don’t think got posted.

Cameras were the score of the year. Nikon f3 and FG with three nice Nikkor lenses (plus the broken pentacon 6 body) for $100.

Man, you could have bought this. Drug it out to the parking lot, taken a photo, listed it for $250 and had it taken off your hands without even leaving the premises.

I know right, it hurt me to leave it. But I was traveling for work and hat to straight up boogie out of there. RIP.

Bro, had I seen that post in time I would have carried that bih home myself. I'm literally 4 blocks from where he was at. :fu:
