Does anyone recognize the cut tag from this plaid button-up? Clearly well made. Donater colored over the RN No… looks like 28956 but unclear and searching the RN, I don’t come up with the right looking tag.

Looks like it could be old Billy Reid, but they usually put the size on the main tag instead of a separate tag.

Just thrifted what appears to have been part of the wardrobe of a prominent (still living) local union director. He apparently has quite a penchant for expensive Harry Rosen jackets (Canali, Eleventy, Corneliani) and shirts, so I guess the Union business pays well!

No, this one's LiUNA, but government-facing. A lot of fancy parties rather than lawsuits.

It would be pretty funny if a union exec was dumping his tailoring in response, though. Kind of like burying the gold where he can't find it again.

In part but I just have a personal distate on unions.

As a buyer, I just ask the seller if they offer UPS and go with that. For me, Canada Post strikes haven't affected me and if anything, the small players are coming out of the woodwork working on making them irrelevant.
