In the thread he talks about cycling out shoes/shirts he never wears anymore for the good of the community. Hanif is an incredible writer and wonderful thinker. If anyone here is inclined toward nonfiction culture/music writing, his book A Little Devil in America is not to be missed.

There’s a few of the normal ones around I think (Buffalo exchange, etc) but since it’s also Brooklyn there’s probably lots of vintage shops around too. One I know is Front General Store. They’re not cheap but have some cool vintage shit if your friend is into that
