thrifting in dc proper is pretty sparse but if you’re a fan of pork

it’s def worth a trip imo. used to be a buffalo exchange across the street that would turn up good stuff but looks like that spot was a victim of the pandemic as well.

The consensus is LA is pretty bad for thrifting right? I'm here for a wedding and don't have much time but can stop by a couple of stores. Any cool store recs in general?

as with anything anywhere, it's all about timing. i grew up in west los angeles, so still hit the rounds around there when visiting the fam. my top find in LA are my edward green dover for $11. i was like "i'm gonna flip these!" fast forward 3.5 years... they've been regulars in my rotation. getting close to time for new dainite heels. they're last voyage before a tuneup is coming to visit the motherland with me next month in the UK.
