Foakley IMO
Model number should come back to something
Font looks way weird especially inside arm
Almost 100% sure but could still be wrong but all oakleys I’ve ever seen the size code on the arm will have the Oakley O symbols and not a square

Jesus dude I'm not saying they are but if you don't know what you're talking about please don't spread crap.
That's how vintage Oakley's had their logo .
Here is a legit pair of vintage Oakley Minutes .
The L and the E are stylized into one letter and the A is squat etc do you see it now.

@impuntura you seem to be so easily triggered. Nothing I said was offensive. I just said that the logo doesn’t seem to even spell Oakley. The image you posted confirms that more. I didn’t say Oakley never used a similar logo. That just isn’t it.

I'm not triggered ,you were wrong about the Gucci wallet(confirmed legit and sold btw ) and now you're stating something as fact just because you have an opinion.
But what is that opinion based on when I never see you post anything to base it on.
Annoyed is the correct word in this case .
I've literally handles hundreds of Oakley's ,what's your experience ?
Like seriously asking.

Boys, play nice! What I love about this thread is the the general lack of pissing contests.

With that said, all I think @JamesJohn was doing was critiquing the logo design itself, NOT that it was fake.

Anyway, back on track. I want to thank @cz606 for the awesome trade for this vintage Reyn's Menswear Aloha shirt!

Took a bit of research to determine its provenance, but the general consensus amongst aloha shirt dorks (including Reyn Spooner's art department) is it's an early 1960s Duke Kahanamoku shirt made by Kahala, relabeled for Reyn's Menswear's Honolulu store. Same shirt, but with more reserved plastic buttons, instead of the Duke's brass tone crown buttons.

Pattern is called "bottoms up" (Okole Maluna), designed by Nancy Hogan.

Just a little Aloha history for your Thursday morning
