Anyone by chance know what brand this is? I tried google lens and nothing came up. Well constructed, good material, and made in italy

That's the kind of thing you buy, put on Facebook Marketplace for $75, accept $50 for it, then move on. Don't pay to fix it. You'll never match the colour with epoxy either.Way out of my wheelhouse here, but I know the name Knoll. Crack looks pretty bad, but it's $7. It's quite comfy. Each time I have traveled to Paris I would see a bunch of artists out around Montmarte out painting street scenes, landscapes, etc. for the tourists so I expect that's what yours is....lovely painting regardless!
