If I had to gamble, I would wager that it's a circa late 1990s-2000(ish) Diamondback. They had several standard production models and team models that featured similar top tube configurations. But, those rear drops are odd and prevent me from providing a definitive answer.rear drops are different and the top bar is straight on the one i posted but its close.
