I know that ladies watches aren’t as collectible but I scored a Longggy too yesterday. It has a Christmas gift engraving on the back from 1940s. Also this dope Zodi, anyone have the technical term for this style of dial? I haven’t been able to find an identical one online. Tried pie pan etc. I’m loving my hot streak with timepieces lately!

To each his own, man. I replaced the alligator band on my 1956 Omega Seamaster with a variety of NATO straps and promise that I wear the watch 10x more now than before.

I second the NATO strap suggestion. Grab like 6 of them and change them out like you are changing your socks

I thought so too, but it has an attached strap on the side of the bag, not a strap at the end with a loop.

Picture a kind of flat handle for a briefcase on top, but put on the side. Also, this one expands to about 4-5" when full. Just not sure whether it's a type of clutch, briefcase, etc.

Like this? If so, I say it’s a clutch.

Yes, something like that but much bigger - going halfway up to the elbow if held that way. Just a larger clutch then.

Well dang, grabbed this minty AllSaints Iwate selvedge jacket in XL at the local GW thinking it would be for me. Then tried it on at home and realized that AllSaints XL is really "schoolkid XL" or something like normal-adult pencil-thin Medium. Oh well . . . It'll flip . . .

Haven't seen this ancient RL Chaps Frontier label before, though I expect it's common. 80s/90s? Cool shirt tho . . .
