I’m no expert but the font width inconsistency is bothering me

I just asked a friend out of curiosity @impuntura and she said 100% fake. She said in her opinion, it is a $400-500 replica. “Hardware imprint is off. Serial code imprint is way wrong, and the font imprint on the Chanel is wrong”. I’m not expert but just going off of what she said.

That’s a tough one. I’ve always been told that each side of the quilted diamond will have arkund 11 stitches, looks like that has 8. I’m sure Spoo will be able to say for sure

Man, @Sartoriamo got me hyped with that LC find. Definitely a grail status find! Here’s my one-downer, haha. Been pretty much a waste of time on my last few outings. 7:30pm tonight I swing through this store on my way home and looked like another bust. Then I found this:

I knew I’d seen the design somewhere before but couldn’t place it (I’m horrible with remembering names). They were closing so I hurried and paid and got it put in the back for pickup in the morning.

My spider senses were accurate! Haha. Kagggan designed some of my favorite mcm pieces. Rocker with ottoman is in my top grail level favorite furniture. Some day I’ll find it, too. For now I’ll settle for this one.

This wood one is gorgeous and much more timeless!

Here's a few more photos of it... $3 at a local Mom and Pop...Pretty sure it's goatskin, but I wouldn't swear to it.

There's just no question that it's a women's small. No hand pockets, and the waist is really high. It would be at your navel. And look at that collar!

I did some more research on this biker jacket. So I was wrong on both counts.

It's an AMF Harley "Cavalier" jacket for men, made from cowhide. They did make a "Lady Cavalier", which was nearly identical, but for the addition of shoulder darts.

That AMF Harley jacket tho ?

AMF unloaded Harley in the late 70s/early 80s if I recall


Yes, AMF bought Harley in 1969, I believe. Proceeded to run it into the ground, then William Davidson bought back the company (that his grandfather founded) in 1981.

Red Fleece. Not worth it, in my opinion.

Looks like Red Fleece, the millennial oriented line. Red Fleece is pretty low in the hierarchy.
