True, but the governor declined to close the beaches until after spring break was over, even as we all saw how this was unfolding. Also, this was the Disney last Sunday, before they shut it down.

^^^ Again, tourists, not us. And mature adults should be able to act accordingly no matter who is watching. The word "Integrity" comes to mind. If everyone is advising people to stay home, yet certain NY/NJ/CT people think "this doesn't apply to me", you would rather blame the Governor of FL instead of the morons flocking to FL?

My brother! Hell, nobody on the Appalachian Trail knew what an AARN pack was.

And, yes I paid retail for it. Expensive, but for me it is worth it. On the AT in cold weather my full load (full food and water) was about 32 lbs. It was easy to get equal front to back distribution.

Absolutely worth it! They deserve more recognition.

On topic: I don’t thrift much these days but here’s a recent find for personal use, nwot Glanshirt. First experience with the brand, surprised the buttons are plastic but other than that it’s very nice.

Shout out to the rich guy who had impeccable taste, is my exact size, and also donates current $7k+ suits. Pretty sure these next two are from the same guy I got the RLBL corduroy jacket from that I posted the other day.

FWIW, flocking to Florida and acting like an entitled ************* is kind of what you do when you're an old, wealthy Canadian. Sorry, eh?

Been prepping half the garden for cool crop planting. Seeding today: Broccoli, Kolhrabi, Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Romaine, Radicchio, and a 19 variety blend of looseleaf lettuces.

We have got lots of veggies coming in right now. Over here, the nurseries have been reporting a major run on seedlings and seeds, as people are starting to grow their own. As much as anything, that are putting it down to wanting something to do while in isolation.

eazye, are you a devil dog?
I'm not, I just play one in real life.

But for real though, my dad is a huge war and military buff. We always had tons of war books and **** around the house growing up. He's also an avid thrifter and collects military things including apparel, used to take me and my sister to thrift shops on the weekend. Even today, I can almost guarantee he's sitting at home with a pair of chocolate chip fatigues on.
He's defiantly where I got the thrift and military bug.
