Found these seersucker shorts but they didn’t really fit so left them hanging. Was that a mistake or are they fake/shit?
Nope. They're vintage and I personally would've grabbed. Idk what margins you're after, etc though. What size were they?

Never handled LV before but I know decent craftsmanship when I see it. I would've bought that LV too most likely.

The leatherwork and stitching on that looks quite good quality. The way the handle pieces are skived and joined together in that last pic is fine work, I doubt a cheap knockoff would have those tight of seams. The leather looks like full grain vegetable tanned of good quality and the edges are all finished finely.

The thread looks good quality and the stitching is pretty straight and uniform with no overstitching/backstitching. None of the LV monograms are cutoff in the seams... The only thing that looks odd is that the monograms are upside-down on at least the one side, not sure about the other side. But maybe that's typical.

I'm sure about 40 other people will weigh in on its authenticity.

second to last pic shows the shell material turned in and poking out past the zipper fabric. that gives me a little pause (i'd expect a cleaner finish, they could have cased that edge a number of ways - but i'd also check some comps to see if that's not typical)

hope it all turns out butter side up!

@GetBlatzed is there a size marked on the inside edge of the leather where the strap attaches (ie 45,50,55,60)? Also any pics of the bottom? Initial thoughts are it looks good imo.

The reason the pattern is upside down on one side is because it’s one piece of material, which is typical of these bags i believe. There’s no size stamp anywhere that i can see. Perhaps it’s older, before they started doing that?
