Normal 90s licensed, if it has Belstaff Stamped on back of Press Studs, you’re good.

But I believe the white were very limited. I'm not the guy for authenticity checks, so I can only suggest going over them closely

I think those were a friends and family only release. I would strongly suspect fugazi based on that alone but if you can at least return for credit, probably worth the dice roll to research in depth. The shape/profile on them look a little bit off to me but could just be the angle.
