Savers is having a 30% off day and I almost skipped it but I am glad I went. Nothing mind blowing but was happy with what I found , especially with the 30% off added in:

The BBGF/LP is 3 piece and appears to be flawless. The Paul Stuart is also in good shape and pretty heavy. The Missoni is DB and may have been a mistake. Not shown, some gross RG jacket, a Canali super 120's suit, and a few shirts (D & G, Canali, and Charvet). Gotta love the randomness of Savers pricing. Saw Tyrwhitt shirts priced at $9.99. The Charvet was $4.99

Today is my Anniversary. My wife and I were married 1 year ago today. We went to a gorgeous resort called Hacienda de los Santos in Alamos Sonorra Mexico. It was a 200 year old plantation that had been turned into a beautiful resort.

It was very hot in Mexico in September and I wanted to wear Seersucker. My wife was all for it.

The reason I mention all this is to post a thrift pic (at least semi thrift).

I was wearing a MTM Seersucker Suit.

    The Rest:

Brooks Brothers Shirt -- Thrifted $4
Brooks Brothers blue pindot tie -- Thrifted $2
    Belt thrifted $2
Sky Blue OTC Pantharella Socks -- E-thrift $8
Allen Edmonds "Orleans" White Bucks Thrifted $10

It was so hot, I'm surprised I am not even more wrinkled.

I can't remember if I posted this prior thrift pic or not. Its just a better view.

Thank you both! It was a lot of fun to see if I could thrift everything. I actually did find a Seersucker suit. But, it didn't fit very well and my father offered to have a MTM suit made for me as a Wedding Gift.

I actually sort of thrifted the trip, too. Well, at least it didn't cost me anything other than the flight. A friend of mine owns his own plane. He went to a APOA (Aircraft Owners and Pilot's Association) meeting and bought a bunch of raffle tickets and won this trip. He couldn't go. His daughter needed some legal work (review a contract, negotiate a deal) and he gave me the trip and I did the legal work. It wasn't a very good deal for him. But, the trip was just going to be wasted if he didn't use it or transfer it.

Yeah, the cash version is like $895, but it holds it's value really well, mine was smaller and went to Japan. Would have stayed in my closet if it fit. Would love the horsey version. Someone here found one, right?
