Some of the thrifts do that here as well. They will connect the shoes with a plastic piece right through the leather. Same ones ruin every silk scarf and pocket square as well. Such a waste.

Am I looking at that correctly? Did they put a pricing gun through the leather of the shoe???

Yeah...I've bought a pair like that in the past and the hole did close up mostly, after wax & polish couldn't see it...but it's a bummer. Usually they at least do it thru an existing seam hole.

That D'Avenza is probably 60's.

Right on - thanks!

@Nataku , EMS down parka with this logo good?

I found this label on an external frame backpack, but left it because the price was a bit high and I haven't had great luck with backpacking packs... But yeah, that's the good stuff!

Spent the day in bed due to some serious leg issues, but received two packages full of vintage Levis from the coast. When Im back on my feet tomorrow I will snap some pics, but I am very much looking forward to playing with these one of a kind pieces. @double00

Looking at a cheap e-thrift for myself, even though I know that the AT Basic is a lesser line. These look legit guys?
