I also thought these were pretty cool. VTG PRL chino/lino cream herringbone trousers, double pleated with side adjusters, made in the USA

Usually never pick up Coppley but this one has a great pattern and it is very recent. (~ 46 S-R)

Never find any stereo equipment worth looking at in thrifts anymore. Imagine my surprise when I saw this an a Pioneer CT-F7272 cassette deck sitting on top of a new arrival cart. Would have grabbed the cassette deck but it was missing most of the buttons and looks like it took a beating during transit/processing.

#WayBackWednesday to an e-thrift pickup earlier this year..

This was one of the final creations of the late great Gerald Genta, of Patek Nautilus and AP Royal Oak design fame.

The auction details were pretty Linda-esque, so I took a chance on the potato pics.

Ended up picking it up for $200 after a partial refund, as the bottom pusher issue was not disclosed.

They also forgot to include info about it being a chrono, having an original band, nice lume, and a stunning MOP guilloche dial.

It had been sitting in my watch box for months, but I finally got off my ass and took it into my watch dudes a few weeks ago to get an overhaul and professional polish.

Had some long awaited wrist time with it over the Labor Day weekend wine mixer.
