Every Friday night, there's that typical thrift couple at my local Savers that sifts so fast through the racks looking for Polo and JAB. Each rack he'll stack shirts and move onto the next one rack until he's hit each rack, leaving the stacks at the end of the rack...douche.

I would grab them and just hold them til he leaves and then put them all back.
(I take pride in the small things)

And @MJMcRibbthat's awesome. I didn't expect these would pull that much? I ain't mad though haha.

Took almost 700 photos in the last 2 days so that I can hopefully start keeping up with posts as I find things. Spoilered for the mobile crowd. (Teaser keyword spam: Shell, linen, Harris Tweed, Rive Gauche, Vursachee)

Almost bought this the other day for myself but way too big. Beautiful shirt, though! Breuer shirts are really under-rated.

I tried it on when I got home and seriously contemplated just changing my entire vibe to oversized linen guy. Shirt is great.

Man, I am out for a few hours and return to all kinds of crazy shit to read through here. So, going nutshell, I see the current topics being people who believe shirts on the rack to be their property and @FlorianQC fruiting a swollen blow-up doll. Am I in the ballpark?

It's a NWT Canali 1934, L13 model. This would be for myself, not to resell. It's a few shades lighter than navy (it's a blue that I like, but I understand why it's heavily discounted). In Canali, I wear a 40R, which this suit is. However, I'd need to shorten the sleeves, lower the collar, nip the waist of the jacket, hem the pants and reduce the waist of the pants. Total price in alterations: $100.

Based on the answers I received so far, it's probably not a good deal.

if there's something in particular that you're looking for you could always hit up the b/s/w thread...

i'm sure there's lots of folks around here who have Canali in 40r who would be very amenable to hook you up

i wish that thread was a little more active, seems a waste that it's not buzzing allofthetime

As someone on this thread who has no problem paying full retail for shit I like, it's not a terrible deal, but even still if you are patient, I bet you could find something si,liar or better on ebay for half the price.
