So I let @dhazard have the Alden chukkas but I couldn't let him get away with this one. Especially because I found this. Consider this your friendly reminder to ALWAYS check women's jackets. (This is men's)

That Dries coat is fantastic. I picked up a shorter peacoat from them a couple years back and really love the cut/fit. Great find!

I used to read and write fairly well, as well as speak pretty fluently. I attended some of First Grade there. We went to Japan for a month and 1/2 (maybe 2 months) over my Summer Vacation from 1st grade. Well, school still runs in the summer time there, so my mom had the idea to enroll me in school there for a month or so, so I could experience school over there as well as attend the same school she did. I wasn't too fond of the idea then but I made do with it and remember having a lot of fun. Looking back, it was an amazing experience I'll never forget.

Sadly after not keeping up on speaking it or reading/writing it, I've lost about 80% of it. I can still understand most conversations by picking out words here and there and can speak a little bit, but nothing like I used to.

    1. I think it's really funny meeting strangers in real life and hearing them say "are you my main man?" I'm not sure if it's ever happened, but I REALLY like the idea of someone going up to someone who has no idea what they're talking about and asking them that.

Vintage Nike guys!!! I picked these up only because they were the oldest pair I've ever seen. They are not in the best shape, but surprisingly, the soles are damn near perfect. I thought there might be a way to clean them up and maybe a collector would want them. If not, no big loss. Still cool to see a pair made in the USA.

Shout out to Thrift Vader for an awesome box of Japanese swag. My wife loved the Issey Miyake top. The YYPH boots are sadly a tad small, they measure out to a 9.5-10. I wanted to offer them up here for what I paid plus shipping before I send them off to Grailed/B&S.

Oh yeah! Double shout out to Thrift Vader. CDG jacket fits me like a dream. I put it on when I got home yesterday and my wife told me I looked like a badass. I also used the bottle opener to open my first beer in a long while. I got some wisdom teeth pulled out on Friday, so I had been avoiding any alcohol while riding the vicodin train. Thanks again, dudeman.

Shadowchasers '91(?) Preview(?). Any nerds here? Is this Yugi-oh related? I dunno....

If I made a Knowledge Box, this would be in it. Witness this tradedy, also known as 'fools gold' in the made-up community: From the front, it looks like an amazing Big Dog shirt, but lo -- turn it around, and see what became of the company in the 90's. Losing money and desperate to compete with nastier fare like Naked Co-ed and Big Johnson, Big Dog debased itself with this kind of middling bullshit, a race to the bottom. No grab!
