Are you serious? Why wouldn't someone who is selling one of these bother to check for the value. How did they come up with $425?

Is it one of the big ones?

About 30 seconds after grabbing it another flipper (whom I've had conversations with) came into the men's section. Makes you wonder how much awesome shit you've missed out on by minutes or merely seconds.

My question is, do they live in your neighborhood, because thats about as far as $25 shipping will get that thing.

    So much Brioni lately!

The thriftening Chicago continues. +1 Suit, 2 orphans reunited, the Valentino windowpane is a three piece it turns out, 2 more Brioni reverse orphans, and Caruso joins the party.

Quote: I am not an expert, so grain of salt time, but I've learned from some of the other T-shirt guys here that vintage shirts have a different type of hem on the sleeves and bottom. Up close, it looks like a single row of vertical stitches. I can't see the sleeves in this pic, but that bottom hem looks like it has two rows of horizontal stitching. Likely modern. [IMG]

@vexco Not exactly wayfarer, but close enough for you? Legit Ray-ban Style C, Bausch & Lomb, Tortoise shell. Minor scratches, and they're a little bent, but an optometrist could reshape them for free.

Here's the other pair of Ray-Bans I found. Also a little bent, but wire-frame. It was a happy time. Bummer neither pair fits my face well.

Been had Christmas sweater for me. Too big for real-life use, but great for snuggling the wife by a fire. I'll wear through the holidays then try and get my money back.

    I think I'm getting better at T-shirts.

I'm ignorant on the term - what's a reverse orphan? Orphan jacket for which you later found the pants?

I possibly use it incorrectly as pants without a jacket. I've got 7 reverse orphans and 5 good old pin striped orphans now.
