Thanks for the info - was thinking something along the drive to/from Virginia Beach, not so much while we're there. Want to try to break up the 7 hour drive a bit if we can.

Anyone wanna showcase their personal shoe collection (not sneakers)? I would love to see what you all have in rotation.

The thing I remember most about VA Beach is the armed security guards at the Waffle House. I thought that was a little excessive.

If someone posted an item with Chinese letters and I responded "ching chong ching" included with a picture, I'm pretty sure I'd get flamed for it. I guess if you post a lot in this thread you get away with things like hijacking the thread for days to win a personal contest, and casual racism about an ethnicity different than yours ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You'd get flamed for it? I don't think anyone else in here is that sensitive.

Sorry dude, thought it looked like a close up of a genie's lamp, hence the genie joke. I guess my humor was lost on you. Sorry if you thought I was being racist toward genies, but I'm pretty sure they don't even exist. But if they did, I'd use my first wish to get a sense of humor for you.

You guys are only further proving my point. I'm getting called out for calling him out. But ok, we can stop this right here.

The reason I posted was that I remember this gem:

Apologies to anyone who feels I'm being over-sensitive but the fact that this post from months ago jarred so badly with me is why I brought it up again. That's the end of it from me, I took the genie zipping his mouth thing as being genuine. I've got total respect for Cap's thrifting skills, happy for this thread to be about that!

Next post will be brags, promise.

His response is from a song, though
