Unknown no tags bespoke? Cashmere vicuna blazer 46+?
Oh shit. Sounds like a fade off to me. I'm too fat for mine right now . Hopefully be ready for them again by fall when I'll need all 22oz of denim.
POP! NWT $260 STEVEL ALAN FAIR ISLE SWEATER, SIZE XL. L00K! WOW! AVAILABLE!
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
BOOM! BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS:
Vintage Screen Stars 50/50 blank long-sleeved shirt. Black. Someone tell me how to screen print, or at the very least, what kind of paint to use with a stencil. Been wanting to make a muted post horn shirt forever.
@PLaydice Look closely, that's Nick Caraway back there, hoping Gatz will eat shit on the play...
@PLaydice, is this the combat shirt I'm looking for? 350 HR Company. Apparently, they're always ready. But ready for what, they do not say....
Astor & Black uses some pretty crazy fabrics and I know they source from scabal. Only thing I could think of. Beautiful blazer.
Etienne Aignes, Burberry, Cape Cod Neckwear
Current BB Chinos for me, US made Polo upland hunting pants
Brookford, Not exactly sure what to call this material
HSM Herringbone Full Length Wool
Actually found this a couple years ago and loved wearing it and always got compliments, but with weight loss it no longer fits
No idea is its worth anything, but cool old Anheuser Bush Blazer, assuming for a tour guide.
Navy Brooks Brothers Strap Toggle with Hood
Needs some cleaning, but cool older down jacket, Triple Fat Goose
NIB Evolv Rock Climbing, pumped they're my size
Another material to add to the list (cant remember seeing it)
Horn? On US made Corbin
And best of all, finally found/thrifted a new tailor! Met him today and immediately clicked. Has been tailoring for 40 years and has a killer sense of humor. Dropped off a pair of Incotex pants and a English Made, Ticket Pocket, Stafford Tweed blazer. Can't wait to get them back and send him more stuff.
Those tan Burberry Nova Check ties are $$$$, love finding those. Nice score on the NWT Filson shirt too.
Thanks, appreciate it. Sucks that there are literally no tags, and the maker tag is cut off
British made 1955, available
Only one Schotty find for me today unfortunately.
Sz 40, and unfortunately they wouldnt let me buy the hanger Available
Found this guy yesterday for myself
Also may have thrifted myself a new job at Imogene + Willie. Stopped by today, and had an hour long interview with their store manager, which was super fun, and I got to geek out a bit about denim. She wants to see some of my Sashiko stitchwork and visible repairs; so tomorrow Im taking by some samples, and we're going to have some more formal talks. Huzzah for potentially gainful employment!
40, you say?
So a couple more pieces from today. Any insight on the jeans would be greatly appreciated. They're Made in Italy and tagged size 50. Haven't taken measurements but the tag said 34x34. Anyone know just how desirable these are?
And a BB RF NWT tie.
Pics or it didn't happen. ;D
Lol these are unsan so 36 shrinks down to my size. Been bulking so these will fit me! Insert slayer. Gif
E-thrift came in and it sucks.
Said it was all wool, but it's wool/cashmere.
Tagged 44, but fits 42
Says 38W but it's 35W
So it fits perfectly and it's new RLPL.
So now I need to decide whether to hem the pants and finish the sleeves and have a baller suit that I can wear exactly 1 day a year in this Texas heat, or make a couple bucks.
I think it's more like, "Bros, let's do a colab so we can take these fools' money." Should I page kiya for brodeetz!? ;D
I THINK it's just the right to use the labels. I think mostly kiya and his Bros designed it. I mean, designing a pair of stable jeans doesn't take much imagination. Then dry bones' patent company dazzle whatever used whoever make their jeans spun the denim and whoever sew for them made them in a total of 200 pairs. Thank god they didn't make it all tacky by putting xxx/200. That would suck.
Separate names with a comma.
