That pink Isaia is the bees knees...if it's a bigger large or smaller XL (I seriously don't know my size in dress shirt sizing these days) and available, pls PM me.
I understand "vanity sizing" but I think some companies just throw a dart at a tape measure to determine sizing. I typically wear a size 36 pant and I'm wearing a pair of 32s right now and they still honestly have some extra room in the waist. (bought them because they were cheap and are a nice material/weight for hiking/camping/when I don't give a fug at the office)

Wrong thread I know, but, I just got a message that eBay is allowing 500 listings, including relists, for free from Aug 11th - August 17th.

What's this about APC/Dior jean sizes?

I was at a local denim shop recently, and they insisted their jeans weren't vanity sized; they just used "standardized sizing" Which was why a 33/34 fit a 31.

Nice computer work, @dazedstate .

This whole tie box idea sounds like a chain letter with the money already in it.

I thrifted a pair of Gustins in size 34 that were too big on me. When they had a sale, I bought a pair of 33s, thinking they'd fit perfect. They fit like a 30 or so. Can barely get them past my calves. I have no idea how to buy Gustins.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but if it only says "32L" instead of like, "34w 32l" then what that usually means is 32 waist, long length, with the other varieties being 32R (reg) and 32S (short). This is relatively common on dress pants, and I've seen it on some denim as well, though I've never handled Edwins.
Yes, I should have been more clear. They were sold as and tagged 36 x 32, I just said 32L so everyone knew i was just talking about the length measurement. So the 32 was clearly wrong, and on a sanforized pair of denim so I couldn't shrink them all the way down (though i could a little).

@OolongT we're calling them Oliver Peepholes now. Come on man, get with it.

RE: the box, maybe shantung would be nice to have as well

39 is probably the neck measurement expressed in cm, not sleeves in inches, if that's what you mean.

The 39 is Euro sizing not sleeve length. Pick up the Borrelli fo sho

edit: and if it's a 34" sleeve length, mine.
