It really is shocking the percentage of them that are fucked up. Brooks, Brioni, Zegna, maybe 10% of those that I find have piss stains. With Z's it is well over 50%

Weird, I recently heard someone comment that "Hoosier" was a term being used in a negative way, but growing up I've never known someone to take offense to that. (insert joke about everyone being offended by everything)

They have to run ads in AARP magazine for those kind of percentages.

I can contact Paul Winston. He will send all of the grenadine and madder swatches that you want (in a variety of colors).

Great idea on the box. I have 3-4 Hermès ties that are completely stained to contribute. I think I even have a decent fake around here somewhere that came in a tie lot that would be a nice comparison. I'll see whether I have anything else, but a fabric comparison would be neat to see the various weaves.

I keep picturing the time the police came to school to show us various drugs/paraphernalia on a big board. :satisfied:

Looks like there may be some interest in this. I forgot to add that the handle is cherry on the one available to order. If there's sufficient interest (10+), I can give them a call to see what kind of prices they'd do on a group buy/what options would be available. If you have interest, let me know!

    Also, the aforementioned video:

I have a couple of stained Sam Hober grenadines I can contribute (garza fina).

Maybe different suiting and shirting swatches would be useful? Birdseye, hopsack, end on end, poplin, pinpoint oxford, royal oxford, etc.

Reading the various swatch suggestions reminds of all the shit I've passed up due to damage etc. Shell, Hermès, suiting in myriad fabrics & patterns and so on.

Reminds me I need to thank @Shiny for a good deal on some staple Incotex! Once I get the legs hemmed they'll fit nearly perfect.
